Parties

These terms apply between Devim Tur (Address: Stupska bb, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina) and customers who purchase tours through our website. Devim Tur organizes daily and multi-day tours in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Balkans.

Delivery Conditions

– Reservations are made online through the website. Confirmation is sent via email or phone.
– For daily tours, reservations must be completed at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
– For multi-day tours, reservations must be completed at least 7 days before the tour start date.
– Devim Tur reserves the right to modify the tour program due to force majeure events such as weather conditions, road closures, or official restrictions.
– In case of cancellation or changes, an alternative option will be offered or a full refund will be provided.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions

– Daily Tours:
  – Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour start time.
  – No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour.

– Multi-Day Tours:
  – Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour start date.
  – 30% cancellation fee for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour.
  – No refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour start.

– No-show Policy:
  – If the customer fails to appear at the designated time and location, no refund will be given.

Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, pandemics, or official decisions leading to tour cancellations, customers will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule.

Disclaimer

– Devim Tur is not responsible for accidents, illnesses, loss, theft, or damage caused by the customer’s own negligence during the tours.
– Customers are advised to have valid travel insurance before joining the tours.

Right to Amend

Devim Tur reserves the right to amend these delivery and refund terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the website and become effective immediately.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with jurisdiction in Sarajevo Courts.
