Buyer: The individual who makes a tour reservation via the website and whose information is specified in the reservation form.

2. Subject

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the tour service purchased electronically by the Buyer from the Seller’s website.

3. Formation of the Agreement

The Buyer acknowledges and agrees to this agreement by reading and approving the features, price, payment terms, and cancellation/refund conditions of the selected tour service.

4. Delivery of the Service

– The purchased tour service is carried out on the date and time selected by the Buyer according to the tour program.
– Delivery is deemed completed with the confirmation of the reservation electronically and the start of the tour.
– The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the tour content due to force majeure.

5. Price and Payment

– The service fee is paid by the Buyer via the online payment method at the price published on the website.
– Once the payment is completed, the reservation is confirmed and a confirmation message is sent to the Buyer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

– The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without any penalty by notifying cancellation at least 48 hours before the start time for daily tours and 7 days before for multi-day tours.
– After these periods, the right of withdrawal cannot be used, and no refund will be made.

7. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

Cancellation and refund conditions are detailed in the “Delivery and Refund Policy” section published on the website. The Buyer declares to have read and accepted these terms.

8. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, wars, pandemics, or official decisions preventing the realization of the tour, the Seller shall offer the Buyer either a date change or a full refund.

9. Responsibility

The Seller will show due diligence in the execution of the service but will not accept responsibility if the service is disrupted due to the Buyer’s negligence.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with Sarajevo Courts having jurisdiction.

11. Enforcement

This agreement comes into force upon the Buyer’s approval after completing the reservation process on the website.
